Surrey Paving & Aggregates, a major player in the Caribbean construction industry, this month launches its newly redesigned and improved website.

The site is a comprehensive web friendly view of Surrey paving that reflects the company’s achievements as an industry leader. It showcases company services, the company’s ISO 9001 accreditation and recent projects displayed in a gallery format.

Surrey Paving CEO Leslie Chang says he wanted the website to better reflect the company’s recent work.

“We looked for a quality platform that suits the high standard we bring to our projects,” Chang said. Using Drupal, Panmedia designed and developed a clean, neat, and effective interface.

“When someone visits a construction company’s website, that person is mostly looking for information proof the company does what it does well.  The site should present a positive and professional online image in a competitive way,” says Panmedia developer Vivian Gordon.

Several important web design features improve Surrey Paving’s marketability and help increase market confidence in its services.

  • Testimonials in the form of major contracts Surrey Paving has won. This offers prospective customers validation that the company is a credible business and distinguishes it from less experienced firms.
  • Photo Gallery: A Photo Gallery of various construction projects so prospective clients can see Surrey’s quality work.
  • Products  & Services: A comprehensive overview of company products and services.
  • Accreditations:  Certification from accreditation bodies help cement market confidence. This is particularly important in the construction industry where high quality standards are critical to a company’s credibility and winning contracts.

Surrey Paving & Aggregate is a family-owned company incorporated in 1994. It has been involved in most major road construction and infrastructure projects in Jamaica, including construction of bridges, local housing developments, airports and terminals, water mains, sewer lines and asphaltic surfacing.
