As the world rapidly adopts distributed network architecture, services everywhere are moving online for efficiencies and a richer user experience. Harmonisation Ltd, which now owns the [Silver Sands Estates](http://www.silversands-jamaica.com "Silver Sands Estates Jamaica") has asked Panmedia to develop a web site to promote the exclusive North Coast property and other development related ventures.
Site users will be both property owners and prospective resort buyers at Silver Sands, a secure community of villas and cottages on perhaps Jamaica's most fabulous white sand beach. Harmonisation owns the property's core infrastructure, the clubhouse complex, the largest number of lots and three villas.
Users will be able to download in PDF format, several forms and applications, including a design guideline brochure. Most of the other content will be resort related information on Silver Sands.
Harmonisation has joint shareholding with the [National Housing Trust](http://www.nht.gov.jm "The National Housing Trust") and [Development Bank of Jamaica](http://www.mof.gov.jm/downloads/2004/ped/DBJ.pdf "DBJ Financial Information").
